Find savings worth acting on
See at a glance which buying opportunities are worth reviewing first, ranked by expected savings and how confident the agent is in the evidence behind them.
What you get
- Opportunities grouped by stage — identified, validated, actioned, realized — so you always know what's next
- A running realized-to-date total in your workspace currency
- A CSV export and an agent-drafted message you can copy straight into an email
Where opportunities come from
Every completed check that finds a purchase item costing more than its market reference price creates an opportunity in the Savings Center. Each one names the purchase item, the incumbent supplier, the suggested action — renegotiate, consolidate, or switch supplier — and an evidence grade (high, medium, low, or unknown), so you can prioritize the ones the agent is most confident about.
Working an opportunity
Move an opportunity through its lifecycle as you act on it:
- Identified — the agent found it; nothing has happened yet.
- Validated — mark it once you've confirmed the opportunity is real.
- Actioned — mark it once you've reached out to a supplier or started a renegotiation.
- Realized — mark it once savings land, and record the amount; it's added to your realized-to-date total.
You can also Dismiss an opportunity at any stage — dismissing doesn't delete it, it closes it out. Every stage change is recorded in your audit log.
Copy a draft message
When an opportunity suggests renegotiating with your incumbent supplier or getting a quote from a benchmark supplier, open its detail page for a ready-to-send draft: an audience (your incumbent or the benchmark supplier), a subject line, and a body citing the evidence behind it. Select Copy draft to put the subject and body on your clipboard — nothing is sent automatically, you paste it into your own email.
Export savings
To pull every opportunity into a spreadsheet, select Export CSV at the top of the Savings Center (owner/admin only). It downloads a CSV with each opportunity's status, evidence grade, market reference price, supplier and realized amount — useful for a savings review with your team or a finance sign-off.
How to read it
A busy Savings Center right after your first few checks is normal. Work the high-confidence opportunities first, and treat a quiet queue as confirmation your costs are already in line with the market — not a sign checks have stopped running.
