Push accepted prices to your store

Stop retyping accepted prices into your store — write-back pushes them there for you, through your guardrails.

What you get

  • A direct connection from an accepted recommendation to your live store price.
  • Every change approval-gated, audited, and reversible by default.
  • On Max and Enterprise, an autonomous mode that applies in-guardrail changes without anyone clicking approve.

Connected platforms

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations.
  2. On the Max and Enterprise plans, connect Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  3. On the Pro plan and up, connect the self-hosted webhook connector instead: a signed payload is delivered to an HTTPS endpoint you control, so any platform you can script against can receive price changes.

Approval stays with you

Write-back is approval-gated by default — a price change goes out when someone with the right role approves it, and every change is auditable and can be rolled back. On Max and Enterprise you can additionally opt in to autonomous write-back, where changes within your guardrails apply automatically.

Who can approve

The approver role exists exactly for this: teammates who can approve, reject, or roll back price changes without needing broader admin rights.

Tips

  • Set pricing policies & guardrails before turning on autonomous write-back — those are the rules it respects.
  • A rolled-back change is logged the same as any other, so history stays complete.
  • Test a new platform connection with a single low-risk product before approving your first batch of recommendations through it.
  • The webhook connector needs an endpoint you control and can keep online; a platform connector (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) needs no endpoint of your own.

Choosing between connectors

Pick a platform connector when your store runs on one of the four supported platforms directly — it needs no code on your side. Pick the webhook connector when you're on a platform that isn't one of the four, or when price changes need to flow into a system you built yourself; you own the endpoint that receives the signed payload and decide what it does with each change.
