Send alerts to Slack

Connect Slack once and every alert that matters lands in a channel your team already watches, instead of an inbox nobody checks.

What you get

  • Alerts posted to a Slack channel you choose, alongside or instead of email.
  • Per-trigger control — turn Slack on for the alert types you care about and leave the rest on email.
  • Immediate, daily, or weekly digest timing, set separately from your email cadence.

Connect your Slack workspace

  1. Open Settings → Integrations and select Slack.
  2. Approve the OAuth install for your Slack workspace — no bot token to copy by hand.
  3. Choose the channel alerts should post to.

Slack is included on every plan — connecting it costs nothing extra.

Choose what posts to Slack

On Settings → Notifications, turn on the alert triggers you want in Slack. Depending on your workspace, that can include price and margin moves, run completions, new competitors, cost changes, savings opportunities, and renewal reminders. Each trigger can go to email, Slack, or both, and Slack's digest frequency is independent of email's.

How to read it

A Slack alert carries the same detail as its in-app counterpart — what changed, why it matters, and a link straight back to the alert or recommendation in your workspace. Acting on it in Slack doesn't skip a step; you still review and accept from the dashboard.
