Schedule report emails
Get your report delivered on a schedule, so your team sees the numbers without opening the dashboard.
What you get
- Recurring report emails sent straight to the recipients you choose.
- Several schedules per workspace on higher tiers, so different teams can get different cadences.
- The same report you'd generate on demand — no separate "email version" to maintain.
Set up a schedule
- Open Settings → Report Emails.
- Add a schedule: pick the cadence and the recipients.
- Save. The first email goes out on the next scheduled run.
Plan and availability
Report schedules come with Pro, Max and Enterprise — Basic workspaces see an upgrade prompt instead of the form. Higher tiers allow more schedules per workspace and more recipients per schedule, and Max and Enterprise can also send to people outside your workspace (Pro schedules go to workspace members only). Your plan's exact limits show on the schedule page.
If you move to a smaller plan, nothing you saved is changed or deleted: schedules and recipients beyond the new limits are simply skipped when the email is sent, you get a notice, and sending resumes in full if you upgrade again. People outside your workspace can unsubscribe from report emails with one click. The tab is available where your workspace has a Reports view; a workspace whose reporting works through an export instead of a scheduled email won't see this tab.
Tips
- Use a distribution list instead of individual addresses so a schedule survives a team change.
- A few schedules go a long way — one for a weekly summary, one for a channel-specific view, and so on.
Go further
- Send alerts to Slack — for real-time events instead of a periodic summary.
- Automate with the API & MCP server — pull the same numbers on your own schedule instead.
- Billing & credits basics — which tier you need for report schedules.
