Get alerts when prices move
Hear about a competitor price change the moment it happens, instead of finding out days later on your next manual check.
What you get
- A severity-ranked feed of every price change worth knowing about
- Alerts that reach you in Slack, not just on a page you have to remember to open
- Thresholds you control, so routine noise doesn't drown out what matters
Where alerts show up
Every alert appears on the Alerts page with a severity level, so you can tell an urgent change from a routine one at a glance. Alerts come from the same price checks that feed the Action Center — alerts are the "something happened" signal, recommendations are the "here's what to do about it" signal.
Sending alerts to Slack
If your team lives in Slack, you don't have to keep the Alerts page open. Connect your workspace under Settings → Integrations and enable the Slack connection to have alerts posted to a channel as they happen. Severity still controls how alerts are presented once connected, so urgent changes stand out from routine ones.
Tuning what triggers an alert
Not every price movement deserves your attention. Threshold settings under Settings → Policies control how big a change has to be before it becomes an alert, and you can set a tighter threshold for specific product tags — so a volatile category alerts on smaller moves than the rest of your catalog.
How to read it
Alerts follow from your price checks, so the more consistently you run checks — on demand or on a schedule — the more current your alerts stay. A workspace with no runs won't generate any, because there's nothing new to compare against. Treat a quiet Alerts page as confirmation your prices haven't moved outside your thresholds, not as a sign checks have stopped running — run history shows you that.
